This is the first vintage of this cuvee. And will probably be a one off, a distinct parcel of fruit in a generous year gave me a chance to fulfill a long held ambition to make a stand alone PX. Skin contact and as natural as a baby the result is an interesting (in a good way) wine. Quince cidre like characters and some subtle aromatic grape flavours of stone fruit and citrus. Bottled in winery with a generous splash of solids and zero added SO2. Bit of a time tunnel to a traditional ethos.
