We love rose and our vinevale sands produce beautiful fruit for this style. This wine is a co ferment of cinsault and Mataro with a dash of bonvedro. Very much unfined and unfiltered, the solids give a lovely palate weight and depth to the wine. Rhubarb and rose hip flavours with a lick of strawberries and herbs.
