A blend of wines laid down in 2012 and 2014 then matured in oak for more than a decade. Skin contact fermentation then fortified on skins before pressing directly to oak. Since we started making Tangerine Dream we haven’t had the fruit available to try again so this definitely a one off and quite limited.

Colour: Golden russet.

Aroma: Walnuts, almonds, tea and honey.

Palate: Raisin and orange peel characters give depth to bounce off the fresh acidity. Finishing with a warm fuzzy glow. .

Summary: A sticky to match with a lighter style dessert like meringue, fruit salads or pavlova.
